Prices and Currency

All prices listed are in USD. We strongly advise guests to contact Rock House Unawatuna directly before making reservations or travel arrangements to verify pricing, availability, and refund conditions.

Booking Cancellations and Refunds

  • Standard Refunds: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refunds: Cancellations made within 6 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not inform us in advance, no refund will be issued.

Booking Modifications

Date changes and modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your booking.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergency or special situations (such as a natural disaster or illness), we may offer flexibility in our refund policy at our discretion. Please contact us if you believe your circumstances qualify for an exception.
